The MX2 is a 2-in-1 appliance that merges the functions of a table top vacuum machine and a sous-vide cooker. Technology and interaction have led all the design phases since the early stages, the result is a compact package where the user can access to all the different functions in a spontaneous way.
Its 5-inch flat touch screen makes any operation easier, allowing to immediately select the most suitable vacuum technique and the correct cooking temperature for each food item.

In order to achieve meet all the technical requirements the team has intruduced a series of technologies that supported the initial vision, supporting the R&D team during the different engineering iterations. My role sterted from the concept phase, and continued during the technical support
